What is your standard delivery time?   Several of our products ship directly from our vendors, so delivery times will vary. See below for expected delivery timeframes: 

WH Hostess- Ships within 5 business days of order

Anne Fisher Needlepoint: 2-3 business days of order

Boatman Geller: Ships within 6-8 days of order 

Harding Lane: Ships within 5 business days 

Samantha Feye: Ships with 2-3 business days 

Alison Cole: Ships within 5 business days 

Nantucket Noose: Ships within 5 business days 

Glassware: Ships within 5 business days 

Cornhole Boards: Ships within 3-4 business days 

What is your return policy?  If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to help resolve the problem.   If it’s a personalized order unfortunately do to the nature of the product they are not returnable.  

What methods of payment do you accept?  We accept Amex, Visa, Master card, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. 

 My package was delivered and something was missing.  If you ordered multiple products from various vendors and they maybe drop shipped at two different locations and will arrive in two separate mailings. 

My package was delivered and something was damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we can work with you to resolve the problem. 

Does The Nantucket Collection do Custom Orders?

Yes! Depending on the product we can work with you on custom orders. Please email: nantucketcollection@gmail.com with the product your interested in and we will get back to you as soon as possible to see if it’s an option. We would happy to work with you. 

How do you Ship? Most of our shipments and vendors shipments are mailed through the USPS via priority mail. 

Do you have gift cards?  Not at this time, although it’s something we are looking into for the holidays. 

 What if an item is backordered? If an item is out of stock that you are interested in, you will have the option at the item page to submit your email address to be notified when it’s back in stock. 

Do you have a store on Nantucket? Currently, we just have our online shop. Although who knows what the future holds!
